Beginning in March, One Way Student Ministry will be moving to Archer High School from 4-6 p.m. Be sure to be a part of the kickoff on March 4. The Marriage Class continues this Sunday! This February, "The Marriage Class" begins at Church of the Way. "The Marriage Class" is a 4-week message series on love and marriage. We'll cover topics every couple needs to hear: -A Biblical Model for Marriage -Making the Right Decisions as a Couple -Communication -Sex & Keeping Your Marriage Affair-Proof Don't miss it! Evening Worship Experience beginning March 4 We're starting a Sunday Evening Worship Experience on March 4 at 6:00 p.m. at Archer High School. The Evening Experience will have the same message and atmosphere as Sunday mornings, but will have acoustic worship music and communion every Sunday. If you'd like to learn more about the Evening Worship Experience or are interested in joining the Launch Team, we'll have an Informational Meeting this Sunday, Feb. 12, at 5 p.m. at New Hope UMC (1806 New Hope Rd., Lawrenceville, GA 30045). Membership Covenant Class (MC2) If you're interested in becoming a member, come learn what it's all about at MC2. MC2 is led by Pastor Carter McInnis, and you can learn the mission and vision of Church of the Way, learn what membership means and ask any questions you have. You are not obligated to join if you attend. MC2 meets this Sunday, Feb. 12, at 3:30 p.m. at New Hope UMC (1806 New Hope Rd., Lawrenceville, GA 30045). Serve Team Sign-Ups Get plugged in to serving God at Church of the Way. Where is God calling you to serve? Be praying about serving with the Welcome Team (Greeters), Hospitality Team (Food), Set-Up Team, A/V Team, Children's Ministry Team, Student Ministry Team, Administrative Team or Evening Worship Team. (Feb. 2012) Archer Basketball Random Kindness Come help give away free candy at the Archer vs. Grayson Basketball game on Friday, Feb. 10. Meet in the Commons Area at 6:45 p.m. Wear a Church of the Way T-Shirt if you have one. Food Drive On Sunday, Feb. 19, we'll be having a Food Drive for the Lawrenceville Cooperative Ministry. Bring canned goods and non-perishables for families in need in our community. Learn more about the Co-Op at www.lawrencevilleco-op.org. Go Beyond Campaign is Coming! Later this spring, Church of the Way will have the Go Beyond Campaign to raise money for the construction of our very first permanent facility.
